Mark Anderson - Co-Founder
Mark brings more than 22 years of diversified experience covering
staffing, information technology and financial disciplines. Before
forming TalentBridge International, Mark held executive leadership
roles at Korn Ferry and Spherion where he was responsible for architecting
and delivering on large scale RPO, project based, and executive
search engagements for companies such as Cisco, Verizon, Nextel,
MetLife, Clearwire, and Hitachi.
Prior to that, Mark held leadership positions for US based and
global corporate recruiting departments for companies such as JP
Morgan, DoubleClick
and Bell Atlantic.
Mark possesses extensive experience building and managing large
global delivery teams handling both domestic and international
requirements
for executive, middle management and key individual contributor
positions.
His personal experience involves executive search engagements,
project based hiring initiatives, as well as consulting
and partnering with companies on architecting and modify
their current recruiting
practices to meet both short term hiring targets as well
longer term staffing objectives. Mark is considered a recruiting
insider,
having extensive experience with current recruiting technology,
domestic and international vendor management, workforce
planning, diversity recruiting, and employee referral programs.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University
and an MBA from Long Island University.

Tony Steadman - Co- Founder
Tony Steadman is a global executive in the field of Talent Acquisition
Service Delivery. Mr. Steadman is co-Founder of TalentBridge International
and the Founder and Managing Director of The Tosha Group, LLC which
provides services that cross many industries including Pharmaceuticals,
Financial Services and Technology.
Tony previously served as a VP, New Market Development for Sivox
Technologies. Prior to that, he was VP, General Manager for Spherion's
Recruitment
Services division and as VP, Solutions Design and Sales,
enterprise wide. He has also served in executive roles for Fortune
500 companies,
such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mellon Financial, and Allied
Signal/Honeywell.
Mr. Steadman has held numerous roles working closely with Senior
Management on a daily basis and has been responsible for
carrying out
Leadership Acquisition and Development roles within fortune
500 corporations.
He continuously leverages his ability to execute, communicate
and interact at all levels of any organization.Tony has
mastered and
demonstrated the ability to build effective interpersonal
relationships across vast global organizations, without
sacrificing his analytical
edge.
Tony is a graduate of the University of South
Carolina with an undergraduate degree in Industrial Management
and graduate degree
in Human Resources. Tony is also a certified professional
in human resources and trained
in methodologies such as Mergers and Acquisitions,
Six Sigma defect reduction, Lean Servicing and Design for
Six Sigma.
