In our experience, recruiting execution needs to be constantly calibrated in order to ensure that business requirements are in line with recruiting execution. Constant feedback (numeric, written and verbal) is important to ensure execution aligns with expectations.

To be successful with the delivery of services the introduction of a new vendor, new processes and a possibly new tracking system will require a great deal of change management. During transition, a dedicated recruiting subject matter expert will partner with you to ensure that this is adequately managed.

 

Customer satisfaction and agreed upon metrics need to be closely monitored to ensure appropriate results, as well as proper understanding of the message in the measurements (what does the recruiting data actually say). Our performance is rigorously monitored against performance milestones or Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements to support our contractual partnership commitment and to drive continuous process improvement.
