TalentBridge sources candidates by all agreed upon and appropriate
methods available. This includes targeting companies
for research, org chart development and direct employee
solicitation. We utilize networking forums and associated
databases. We cover all appropriate pay and free web
sites where suitable candidates may be located. We also
utilize a client's career portal and referral program
to make sure the best candidate is selected for a particular
job.
We are source agnostic. We use all sourcing channels
to compare all appropriate candidates and select the
best candidate "short list" against current
open positions. We also work towards developing a pipeline
of qualified and interested candidates for future opportunities.
