“Both the Etiquette & Dining Programs produced immediate results in the attitudes and social behaviors of the more than 80 youth participants at Michigan Technical Academy ~ Middle School. The previous disciplinary issues of students participating in the programs were reduced by 70%. Students matured quickly; journaling and focus on developing positive self concepts greatly contributed to the success of the students and the popularity of these programs at MTA. The Dining Experience really made our young ladies feel like princesses and carry those skills into the cafeteria. The improved self-esteem helped to improve academic achievement levels. Mrs. Sharpley is definitely committed to the success of youth and the results of these programs show it."
